A "yes" to either question is not an automatic rejection. It routes to the owner of Synkompass Media LLC for a documented decision, and an answer with no explanation cannot be decided either way. A license that shows as expired goes the same route. Section 5 of the Contractor Network Standards sets this out.

I authorize Synkompass Media LLC to contact the bodies that issued my licenses, insurance, certifications and business registration about them, and to contact the references I have listed. I confirm I have those references’ permission to be contacted about my work. This is permission to make contact, not a commitment that any contact will be made. I agree to keep my licenses, insurance, certifications, contact details and service area current, and to report a material change promptly: a lapsed or expired license, lapsed coverage, a new disciplinary matter, a new material claim, a change in my legal entity or ownership, or ceasing to serve a territory I listed. I agree to the Contractor Network Standards (version 1.0, effective October 30, 2026), including section 11, Customer information; the Fee and Lead Schedule (version 1.2, effective November 1, 2026); the Terms of Use (last updated October 30, 2026); and the Privacy Policy (last updated October 30, 2026).

Applications are reviewed and may be declined. Network membership does not guarantee introductions, projects, revenue, or payment. Any applicable referral fee is disclosed before acceptance. Contractors remain responsible for licensing, insurance, estimates, contracts, program verification, permits, code compliance, workmanship, and customer claims. Membership also carries no promise of lead volume. You keep your record current, and updated documents may be requested at any time.

What happens next

Document review
We check your uploads are complete and readable, and we keep them. We do not assess whether your coverage or your licensing is adequate for a particular job.

Credential review
Where the issuing body publishes a way to check a credential, that check may be run. Where no such check is published, the credential stands on your attestation.

A decision
Applications are reviewed and may be declined. If yours is accepted, your company joins the Contractor Network and you get the current Fee and Lead Schedule before anything is charged.

We'll email the primary contact when the review is complete or if clarification is needed.

🕐 Review is done by one person across nine states. We aim to come back inside a week, and we'll email the primary contact either way. That is what we aim for, not a commitment.
